This PhD-level course is highly recommended for doctoral students specializing in Human Resource Management (HRM). Throughout the course, participants will gain state-of-the-art insights into HRM theories, models, and current research. In addition to deepening their academic expertise, participants will have the opportunity to connect with peers and leading HRM scholars.

The course offers an advanced understanding of key HRM concepts, focusing on:

  • Individuals and groups in organizations and work settings
  • The utilization and development of human resources
  • The economic and social contexts influencing organizations and HRM practices

📍 Format: Nine in-person sessions hosted by multiple board members of the Dutch HRM Network across different university campuses in the Netherlands and Belgium (1 day only).
