We would like to draw your attention to a special issue on HRM and Resilience in The International Journal of Human Resource Management. The issue titled “HRM for resilient societies: a call for actionable knowledge” invites contributions that can help to accelerate the scholarly HRM contribution to the interdisciplinary multilevel and multi-actor research on resilience and resilient organisations and societies.
The topic of the special issue is closely related to the theme of the 12th Biennial International Conference of the Dutch HRM Network and we are very happy with the International Journal of Human Resource Management as a sponsor of the conference. Although the special issue is linked to the theme of our conference, it is not limited to only conference papers. Therefore we also invite scholars who did not participate in the conference to submit their manuscripts.
The deadline for submission is the 1st of December 2022.
